HAND CONTROL CORDS
On most hand controls the cords are permanently attached insuide the control and cannot be detached. If the cord gets damaged, you must replace the whole hand control unit. On a few of the ocntrols the cord will unplug from the bottom of the control. On these units you can replace just the cord if it gets damaged.
When a hand control goes bad, usually just one button does not function and the rest are ok. When the cord is bad, usually nothing will operate. If you are not sure if it is the cord or the control itself tht is bad there is one thing you can try that may help to determine which it is. Hold the control in one hand with the head up button depressed. Grasp the cord just below where it comes out of the control and wigggle it around. If the motor starts and stops, it is usually the cord that is bad. If that does not change anything then the control itself is usually bad.

BRLV FOR THE E SERIES ONLY

| For use with the E-Series hand wands only. It is reinforced at the end that plugs into the hand control. The reinforce end on this plug does not allow it to be used in the 810, 812, Bronze or Silver hand wands. These cords are 8-9 feet long and are pre-made at the factory so they are only available in that length.

SIX CONDUCTOR NON REINFORCED

For use with the E-Series hand controls plus the Model 810, 812, Bronze and Silver hand controls plus some other off brands. It is made without the reinforced end. This cord is normally 8 feet long but I can make it in any length, up to 15 feet long, at no extra charge. This can be helpful if you have a full or queen bed. The plugs on the end of this cord are arranged two ways - 810 Model and Titanium Model. (SEE BELOW TO DETERMINE WHICH ONE YOU NEED)

To determine if you need the 810 Model or the Titanium model cord , place each end of the cord nose to nose like two snakes looking at each other, with the clips up. If the color of the wires in the plug are the same across from each other, you need the 810 cord. If the color of the wires in the plug are the reverse of each other, you need the Titanium cord. It does not matter what color the wires are, just what order they are in.

DUAL MOTOR HAND CONTROL CORDS
(Y CABLES)
When you have two hard wired bases under a king mattress and want them to move as a single unit, you need to use a Dual Motor Control Cord. Different brands use different type cords.

This junction cable is for use with any bed that uses the E-series or 810/titanium hand controls. It consist of the 2-1 splitter and two 810/titanium cords. The two included cords go from the splitter to the junction box under each base. You use the existing cord from your hand contol to plug into the single side of the splitter and into your hand control

OKI MOTOR Y CABLE
This cable is for use with the oki/richmat motor with a wired hand control. It has two male ends and a female end. The two male ends plug into one of the motors. Your existing hand control plugs into the female end. It can also be used as an extension cable for the hand wand.

LINAK Y CABLE
The hand control cable is hard wired into the Linak hand control so it cannot be changed by itself. This cable though can be used to extend the length of the original control cable on queen and one piece king bases. The cable plugs into the control box, then you attach the splitter and then plug the hand control into the splitter. You will need to secure the connection at the splitter so it does not get pulled apart.
