HOW TO ORDER

CALL US (760-773-2337) OR E-MAIL US TO PLACE AN ORDER. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS CAUSES YOU BUT BECAUSE THERE ARE NO GENERAL CROSS REFERENCE BOOKS FOR ALL OF THE MAKES OF BEDS OUT THERE, OUR EXPERIENCE HAS SHOWN THAT WE NEED TO TALK TO YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT PART.

Once I have figured out the right part for you, there are three ways to order them.

1. Pay by check. If you wish to pay by check we will send you an online invoice from our Paypal account. Paypal holds the funds for 7 to 10 days before releasing them to me. We will ship once the funds are released.

2. Paypal. We can send you a Paypal invoice for payment. We send the parts we have in stock out the next business day after we receive notice from paypal that a payment has been received and processed. If you pay Paypal by e-check, it may take 7 to 10 days for them to clear it. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF PAYPAL TO DO IT THIS WAY AND WE NEVER SEE ANY OF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD INFORMATION. This is the most secure way to order. Send us an e-mail with your name, shipping address, e-mail address and phone number if you want to order this way and we will send you a Paypal Invoice.

3. Credit card over the phone. (FASTEST) We can take a credit card over the phone. We will need your card number, the expiration date, the name as it is on the card, the 3 or 4 digit security code and the zip code where you receive your invoice for the card. We will ship all in stock parts the next business day. Call us at 760-773-2337 if you want to order this way. If we am out of the office, leave a message and we will call you back. Do not leave your credit card number on the message.

REPLACEMENT HAND CONTROLS
We have both hard wired and wireless remote hand controls.

MAXWELL MOTOR CONNECTOR
A "Maxwell Motor Connector" is designed to break instead of the motor if excess weight is placed on the bed. The connector nut at the foot of the bed has a "skirt" attached that causes the foot motor to shut off sooner than the head motor. This skirt rarely breaks and can be switched from the old connector nut to the new one. New beds have the black connector nut pictured here, older beds had a light blue connector nut. They are not interchangeable. The older style connectors are not available.
