LIFESTYLE HEADBOARD BRACKETS
These brackets are for the lifestyle bases. The picture to the left is for a twinx80/fullx80 base. Brackets for twinx84 bases have a longer mounting bar. Brackets for queen bases have a reinforced "L" bracket. The adapter in the upper left corner of the picture adapts the brackets to non wall hugger bases. It can sometimes also be used to adapt the brackets to other brand bases. These bracket cannot be used on Lifestyle bases with 2" legs, glides, or casters only. The base will be too low to the ground for the lower part of the t-bracket to clear. You must use the "Alternate Lifestyle Bracket" below.

ALTERNATE LIFESTYLE BRACKETS
These brackets are for the Lifestyle bases but instead of a "T" shaped bracket that mounts to the headboard they have an "L" shaped bracket. In addition to beds with 3" and longer legs, these can be use on beds with 2" legs, glides or casters only.

These brackets are for the Lifestyle Simplicity bases. That is the Lifestyle base that folds in half for shipping. It has a tubular frame that the normal Lifestyle headboard bracket cannot mount to.

These are the brackets used on the Maxwell K-Bases. I do not have brackets for the H-Bases. The twin and full are one size, the queen (pictured) is a different size (not as big of bend). The factory screwed them to the wood under the foot of the bed. Check there on your bed before ordering.

ERGO HEADBOARD BRACKET
These brackets were designed specifically for the Ergo bases. Therre are two styles of main brackets - one for the older 40+ bases and one for most others.The T-bracket is the same on both. I would need your base serial number to determine the correct one.

SOUTH BAY HEADBOARD BRACKETS
These brackets are made for South Bay bases manufactured after mid 2020. The first brackets fit all but the wall glide bases.The second set of brackets are made for the wall glide bases. Either style will work on the head or foot of the base. Please note: the factory supplied picture of the t-connector is incorrect. It should not point at the floor. It should run parallel to the base deck and extend out to meet the leg of the head/footboard. Like in the picture of the ergo bracket further up on this page. Don't ask me why they did it that way in the picture.

Designed for the Comfort Direct Bed In A Box, they can also work on many other brands due to the multiple slots in the mounting bracket. They fit all sizes of bases.
