This control is made for Linak systems with no massage. It is labeled for Serta beds as that was the most common mattress manufacturer it was used by. The cord does not unplug from the control so it must be bought as a set with the hand control.

LINAK WALL PLUG POWER SUPPLY
While most power supply/converters are located inline, this one plugs directly into the wall. It only accepts 110/120 volt input. The output voltage is 24 volts. The power supply is sold seperate from the cord.

For some reason, this junction box has 2 item numbers - CBH1001-00 and CBH1200B. This box mounts to the bed with a bolt through the center of it. It accepts an input of 24 to 30 volts DC. It operates 2 lift motors only, no massage motors and only operates with the matching hard wired low voltage hand control.
