HEAVY DUTY OKI MOTOR Here are the areas that have been beefed up on the heavy duty oki motor. It is available with a hard wired remote or a wireless remote. It is not available with massage features. What I can't show you in the pictures is the heavy duty motors. The factory rates them at 10,000 Newtons instead of 6,000 Newtons like the standard duty motors.

| They have put an extra reinforcing cap on the end of the push block. The push block presses against the torque tube on the base, rotating it and raising either the head or foot of the bed. In the picture to the left, the push block is the white piece coming from inside the motor and the reinforcing cap is the black piece clipped onto the white push block.

The H/D Oki motor is on the left in this picture. It has a reinforced body/case on the ends. The regular duty motor on the right has tapered ends. These ends are the areas that break most often when the housing breaks.

| All Oki motors have two doors that slides on and off for removing the motor from the frame. In the picture on the left, the standard duty door is on the top. It has 2 attaching points for that door. The door on the bottom is for the H/D Oki motor. It has 3 attaching points for the door. The picture on the right shows the corresponding mounting points on the H/D Oki motor.
