| MAXWELL POWER CORD
This cord is used on the old Maxwell bases with the colored junction boxes. It screws in inside the box. to access the mounting points, remove the ten screws holding the box in and move it away from the base. The back will come off. There are three screws inside the box you will have to remove and install after attaching the new cord.

I received 2 of these cords by accident. I am not sure which base they go with but you may recognize it as the one on your bed. One of the plugs will fit into a ortho type control box, the other will plug into a 110 volt to 29 volt power supply.
