These belts have not been available for over 10 years now.
If you have the original belt on your bed and it is squeaking as the bed moves, try dabbing a tiny amount of patroleum jelly on one spot on the belt. Just a tiny amount in one spot. As the belt spins it will spread the patroleum jelly around and usually quiets the squeek. You should also lubricate the shaft at the same time. Again, just a small amount of patroleum jelly in one spot. It will be spread around as the pulley turns and moves up and down the shaft.
As a last resort, you can go to an auto parts store and purchased a fan drive belt. It is an FHP belt #4L260 measuring 1/2" x 26". They do not have the stretch that the original belts do so they may make noise or they may bind.
