CB18/CB18B NO SCREEN
I have access to two HHC CB18 control sytstems with no screen on the hand wand and whole bed tilt feature. The CB18B has bluetooth capability, the CB18 does not. On the outside they appear identicle but they are not and the hand controls are not interchangable between versions. In addition to the head and foot movement, this system has a third motor to provide for lifting the whole bed up at the head (Trendelenburg position). They both cost the same.

CB18B WITH SCREEN
This is the control box for the CB18B that pairs with the hand wand with a digital screen. It looks identicle to the CB18B control box above but is a different frequency. The ports, input cord, power supply, and power cord on it are the same also. This box is used on the ZG-M base.
