MASSAGE MOTORS
There are two main types of massage motors:
1. 110 volt a/c motors
2. low voltage d/c motors

110 VOLT A/C MOTORS
The 110 volt a/c motors are found mainly on the older beds. They have a thick round cord coming from them with a small square 4 pin connector on the end designed to fit the Lifestyle bases. You may have to cut the end off of your old massage motor and splice it onto the new one. These motors can last up to 10 years with daily use. There are two types of 110 volt massage motors. 24 VOLT D/C MOTORS
The 24 volt D/C motors are used on beds with oki motors. They have a thin round cord coming from them with a flat 2 pin micro connector on the end. The top right picture is the current version of the motor. The bottom right picture is the older version of the motor. They both have the same plug on the end, the black 2 pin micro plug pictured in the bottom left picture. If your old massage motors do not have this plug, then this massage motor will not fit on your bed. There are no jumpers.
CAUTION: Be sure to fully depress the clip on the massage motor plug when you unplug it from the Oki motor. If you do not fully depress the clip you will pull the socket out of the side of the Oki motor. In the picture below right, the plug on the left has the socket attached.

These are 24 volt motors and have a flat 2 prong plug. They are used in the CU258/358 control boxes. The RPM rating may vary depending on what they have in stock. The rubber mounting gaskets are listed below. Twin xl bases usually had 1 or two motors. Queen and king bases can have up to 4 motors and require the massage motor splitter listed below.

RICHMAT MASSAGE MOTORS
Richmat massage motors are 24 volt. They come in three plug configurations. They are a straight round plug, a 90 degree round plug, and a straight oval plug. They are not interchangeable.
I have a limited supply of the 90 degree round plug and the straight oval plug. They are still at the old price. I am still able to order the motor with the straight round plug.
Confirm what type of plug you have before ordering.

This is the 24 volt DC massage motor used on many Motosleep bases. The plugs are the same at the head and foot but different color so you know where to plug them in.

TEMPUR-PEDIC/REVERIE MASSAGE MOTORS
Tempur-Pedic originally used Leggett and Platt bases but then switched to Reverie bases. (They now use Ergo Motion). These are the massage motors used in the Reverie bases. They would often start to make noise over time and needed replacement. They had a sticker on them to identify head and foot motors and had a matching plug of the same color. As far as I have ever been able to tell, they are identical motors. I believe the plug color difference was to aid in plugging them into the correct plug on the control box. They are no longer made but I have a few in stock. If you call Reverie, they will want to sell you a $600 upgrade kit because the motors they currently have available have a different plug.

Some Richmat control boxes only had one port for both the head and foot massage motors. This is the splitter for use on those boxes. One end of the splitter is a plug with 5 pins and the other end has 2 receptacles - a flat blade and a tiny round pin.
NOTE: It is not for hooking two massage motors from the same end of a bed together.

MASSAGE MOUNTING PADS
These rubber bushings were used under the 110 volt massage motors on older Maxwell bases. They prevented the massage motors from rattling against the wood platform they are mounted to. They are sold in sets of four.

OKIN MASSAGE MOTOR CORD
These cords are soldered to the motor inside the housing. You could desolder your old one and solder this one back or just cut and splice this to your old cord outside the housing.
