OKI MOTOR CIRCUIT BOARD INFORMATION

I sometimes have used Oki Motor Circuit Boards. These are made to fit the circuit boards used in Leggett and Platt bases with the power down/antenna box with the small reset button on the face. They will not work in the motors equiped with the reset box with a rocker switch on the top. Please check the pictures below to make sure your ports match the ones on the new circuit boards. Ocassionally I get used circuit boards from motors with broken housings but not very often
These board are tested for proper operation before they are shipped and are not eligable for return. When a customer's board gets damaged, it is almost always a result of a power spike. We advise that you use a surge protector with at least 18,000 Joules of protection. Although a regular plug bar usually has a circuit breaker built in, it does not provide the same protection as a Surge Protector.
On a difficulty level of 1-5, (5 being most difficult), changing the circuit board is about a 3. You do not have to cut any wires but it is important that you connect the wires to the correct terminals so that you do not damage the board. I recommend changing one wire at at time.

This is a view of a new circuit board. This board has the larger solenoids for the motors. Some boards have a smaller solid state solenoid.

We test all electrical parts prior to shipment, which there-fore eliminates the possibility of our valuable customers receiving defective parts. Therefore adjustablebedmart.com will not accept a return of an any electronic circuit board unless it is in working order. If you receive the part and determine that you ordered the incorrect part, then you can return the part at your cost and receive a refund minus our initial shipping fee.
