FOR BOTH SANITARY AND LEGAL REASONS, ADJUSTABLEBEDMART.com DOES NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY MATTRESSES OR ADJUSTABLE BASES FOR OTHER THAN WARRANTY REASONS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. OUR GOAL IS TO FIT YOU TO THE PERFECT MATTRESS IN THE FIRST PLACE. THAT IS WHY WE INSIST UPON TALKING TO YOU IN PERSON RATHER THAN ALLOWING YOU TO JUST ORDER FROM AN ON SITE DESCRIPTION.
CALL 760-773-2337 TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT. ANY PRODUCT RECEIVED WITHOUT A RAN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT. ALL ORIGINAL PACKING AND PAPERWORK MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE PRODUCT. THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS UNLESS IT IS DUE TO MANUFACTURER'S ERROR.
California business and professional code 19008.1 states "Used" means mattresses that has been previously owned or used by another individual.
It is illegal to sell mattresses that has been previously owned or used by another individual as “New”. They must be marked and sold as either used or rebuilt and have a red or yellow law label. “New” mattresses have a white law label.
I don’t know of any manufacturer that will take back a “used” mattress from a retailer because their customer did not like it and just throw it away. When a mattress retailer takes back a mattress for refund or exchange, and they do not have a “used mattress sales section” in their store, chances are that it is going back into their stock and being resold as “New” to the next customer. You as the consumer do not know if you are getting a truly “New” mattress or a “Used” mattress that someone has tried and returned. Also think about the bedbugs that came back to the store in that returned mattress and may now be getting into the “New” mattresses.
Think of all the stuff you do on your mattress. Now think of sleeping in someone else's stuff. Would you wear someone else's underwear or lingerie? What about bed bugs? Ewwwww.

MOST OF OUR REPAIR PARTS/ACCESSORIES ARE WARRANTED AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. ADJUSTABLEBEDMART.COM WILL REPLACE YOUR DEFECTIVE REPAIR PART/ACCESSORY WITHIN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PARAGRAPH, IF IT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO THE REPLACEMENT PART(S); LIABILITY OF ADJUSTABLEBEDMART.COM SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PART(S) ONLY, WITH THE PURCHASER RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SERVICE, INSTALLATION AND FREIGHT COST FOR SAID PART(S).

MAXWELL MOTOR CONNECTORS/ACME NUTS
ACME NUTS ARE DESIGNED TO BREAK UNDER EXCESS PRESSURE. WHEN THEY BREAK, THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB. FOR THIS REASON, ACME NUTS DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY. INCASE THEY DO NOT FIT YOUR BED, THEY ARE COVERED UNDER THE 7 DAY RETURN POLICY.
CORDS
EITHER A CORD WORKS WHEN YOU GET IT OR IT DOESN'T. CORDS DO NOT WEAR OUT IN A YEAR. IF A CORD BECOMES DEFECTIVE, IT IS BECAUSE IT WAS PULL ON IMPROPERLY OR CHEWED ON. THEY ARE NOT COVERED BY A WARRANTY. INCASE THEY DO NOT FIT YOUR BED, THEY ARE COVERED UNDER THE 7 DAY RETURN POLICY.

All used motors/parts are tested before shipping and are sold as is, no warranty.
